1. Overview
-----------
	This is the Linux port for the family of configurable ARC700 cores with
	a MMU (Memory management unit). More info on ARC700 cores at

3. Known Limitations and Defects
--------------------------------
	1. No kernel modules support yet
	2. Rare system freeze when the ARC VMAC is flooded with packets and 
	   data cache is enabled
	3. A gcc-3.4.x bug shows it's face when NFS support is compiled in at
	   optimization level -O2
